From March 17 to 19, Moscow hosted one of the largest logistics industry exhibitions in Russia and the CIS – TransRussia 2026. The jubilee, 30th edition of the event brought together over 530 companies from different countries and once again confirmed its status as a key platform for discussing the future of international logistics and foreign trade.

The extensive business program included six specialized conferences and featured speeches from 188 speakers, who discussed new supply chain configurations, long-term industry trends, and logistics development scenarios for the coming years. Special attention was paid to the dynamics of foreign trade in industrial goods, presented by Konstantin Kim, Director of the Information and Analytical Center for Foreign Trade Activities (under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia).

Traditionally, speeches by transport market leaders set the tone for professional discussion and outlined the agenda for the coming year. Maxim Shishkov, Director of Strategic Marketing at Delo Group, presented a "trend radar" that included supply chain security, a shortage of qualified personnel, increased government regulation, the development of digital platforms, and customer-centric models. "We need to learn to live with uncertainty and create solutions for clients within it," the speaker concluded, setting an important benchmark for all market participants.

WELLGO actively participated in the discussion of today's logistics agenda. The company is consistently preparing for the implementation of electronic document management, developing a risk-based approach to transportation, enhancing service solutions on key trade routes, and building a unified quality management system together with partners. For WELLGO, TransRussia is not only a market showcase but also a working platform where practical answers to the challenges of the current geopolitical and economic uncertainty are formed.
The exhibition traditionally provides a unique opportunity for direct dialogue, experience exchange, and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships. WELLGO representatives held over 40 targeted meetings with suppliers and clients, discussing current cooperation results, service development plans, and the potential for joint projects. Many meetings have already moved into the stage of developing specific initiatives, confirming the practical value of participating in TransRussia.

Notably, the aviation component of the exhibition was strengthened: this year, airlines themselves participated for the first time, not just GSAs. The WELLGO team held negotiations with regional managers from Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways – our key partners in air transportation. An important result was the signing of a contract and the start of cooperation with an agent of Korean airlines, which expands the company's capabilities in servicing client export-import flows.

Today, in an environment of heightened uncertainty and the changing architecture of international trade, a partnership model of interaction at all stages of the supply chain is becoming critically important. WELLGO views the outcomes of TransRussia 2026 as a significant step in expanding its service offering, strengthening the company's market position, and deepening strategic dialogue with partners. The company is open to further discussion of joint projects aimed at increasing the resilience and efficiency of its clients' supply chains.
