Our people are our greatest asset. Together, we make the world a better place!
At WELLGO, we believe that real change starts small — with actions, and with the willingness to help. That’s why we’re so proud of our employees — they are not only true professionals but also people with big hearts.
Last week, several of our colleagues donated blood, becoming part of the donor movement. Why is this important? Because corporate social responsibility for us is not just words in reports but real action. We support initiatives that make the world a better place, and blood donation is one of them.

Why do our employees choose to become blood donors?
We asked them, and here’s what they shared:
Natalia:
“I believe there are many ways to help. For me, donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to do something good. The benefits of this kind of help are real and tangible!”
Alexandra:
“When you donate blood, you feel like part of something bigger — a community of people who selflessly give others a chance at life. It’s incredibly inspiring.”
Dmitry:
“I support charitable initiatives in many ways, and blood donation is one of the most accessible ways to help. It’s a small step for me but a huge support for those in need.”
Natalia:
“Good deeds don’t always require much time. You can feed a stray cat, donate clothes to a shelter, or spend just an hour donating blood — and it can already change someone’s life for the better.”

Why is this important to us?
- We believe in sustainable development — and blood donation is directly connected to ESG principles.
- We’re building a culture of mutual support — when employees see the company backing such initiatives, they’re more likely to join social projects themselves.
- We save lives — each blood donation can help 3-5 people. This isn’t abstract “social responsibility,” it’s real help.

If you’d also like to become a blood donor — let’s do it together. And if you’re not ready yet, simply spread the word about this movement. Even a single post can inspire someone to do a good deed.
